We recognize at The Accident Expert™ that motorcycle accidents differ from many typical vehicle accidents. When we work with motorcycle accident cases, we apply three basic steps:

  1. Acquire necessary and relevant information
  2. Develop our analysis of the accident and issue reports as requested
  3. Participate in any legal proceedings

In gathering our information about the case, we ask many questions, look at all of the evidence provided, and use this information to form our final analysis. Our process includes the following:

  • Examine photographs of the accident, debris, skid, point of impact, etc.
  • Review accident and police reports
  • Collect witness and participant statements
  • Conduct an executive interview with the participant, gathering information as they tell us what happened from their point of view
  • Apply Newton’s Principles of Motion in determining how the accident occurred

The Accident Expert™ welcomes and encourages all inquiries regarding motorcycle accident cases. (We currently employ active and licensed motorcyclists who can provide additional insight to an analysis.)
