LOW-SPEED IMPACTS
Published reports and studies used by many experts to support claims of "no potential for injury" (e.g. "the
Delta V was less than 3 MPH, therefore, no injury could occur, ..."), are typically not based on scientific or statistical reliability.

TRIP/FALL
Federally mandated safety standards require no more than 1/4" - 1/2" vertical rise along many walkways.  Any greater "change in level" can be negligence per se.  And what about trips over speedbumps and wheelstops?
